Multomato Systems is a Belgian company that builds practical business applications. Below, we explain how we handle hosting, data and responsibilities. We make no absolute claims — only statements we can currently substantiate.

European hosting
Marketomato’s core infrastructure and the storage of your app files are hosted within the European Union by Hetzner in Germany. AI editing of images and text is carried out by specialist providers that process some data outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Location data is removed from your photos before they are sent to an AI service. A full list of these providers is available in the Marketomato privacy notice.
GDPR by design
Privacy and data processing are built into the product architecture. Data subject rights, minimal data collection and clear purposes are the starting point, not an afterthought.
Data separation by brand
Your photos, posts and brand data are stored and processed separately for each brand. Feedback helps Marketomato improve suggestions for your brand. Only aggregated patterns that cannot be traced back to you may also help improve the wider service; raw customer content is never shared between brands.
Official platform connections
Marketomato connects to Facebook and Instagram through the official Meta API. Multomato Systems is verified as a business by Meta, and the permissions we use have been approved through Meta’s App Review: displaying your pages so you can choose which ones to connect, publishing to your Facebook page and Instagram account, and reading statistics and comments on your own posts. We do not request broader access. You grant access yourself and can revoke it at any time in Marketomato or your Meta settings.
